  • My consultancy work is project based, working from a brief, over a set amount of time, with a clear deliverable. Often this is where there is a change programme, an event or a campaign that has a defined start and finish.

  • I offer coaching and mentoring packages to communications professionals and senior managers who want to develop their communication approaches. A trusted adviser and sounding board to CEOs, Directors and Heads of.

  • Sometimes it’s more about holding space for teams to do the thinking. I facilitate workshops to work out your strategy, to map out out your employee experience, or to problem solve. Trained in Thinking Environment and Design Thinking, I create a framework for us to work through to achieve your goal.

BAFTA transformation case study

Working with the BAFTA senior leadership team to create a transformation communications programme.

This included

- running 25 employee change and values workshops, online and in-person

- mentoring 8 team workshops to talk about change and values

- facilitating senior team sessions to co-create the organisational values, plan and commitments

- creating the transformational change narrative

- creating toolkits and playbooks to bring values alive and enable conversations to keep going

-embedding the values in employee survey plans, performance reviews, policies and the learning approach.
