Sometimes we all need a safe space to unravel, explore, think.

The Rambling Mind embraces the freedom to roam with your thoughts.

How many times do we feel we have to have an answer, stick to a script, work within only 5 bullet points, follow a formula. But sometimes that can hold us back, from where the creative ideas live, from seeing the opportunity, from giving ourselves permission to think from a different perspective.

The Rambling Mind is about exploring, free from judgement and boundaries, to unravel what’s really going on, what you really want, to help you find answers. We start with where you are and we create where you want to be.

The Rambling Mind Experience is online coaching in three x 60 minute sessions, ideally over three weeks. We work through the three steps to help you unravel your thoughts, explore ideas and decide what you want to do next. This is perfect if you are feeling stuck and you need a boost of sharp energy to get you going again.

How many times do we catch ourselves talking and we disrupt ourselves, stop ourselves mid flow. Sometimes at that very moment when things might start making sense, we stop. We apologise. Why do we do that? We needed that space. It was feeling good. We needed to explore that thing that had been burning energy inside our mind. The Rambling Mind knows the power of a good ramble.

Walking it out together

Walking is a reliable, go-to prescription many of us give ourselves as part of keeping mentally well. We have a problem, a worry or a challenge, we walk it out. We let our thoughts loose as we breathe in fresh air and take in the outdoors. We come home feeling better for it, and often with more clarity on what we should do next.
