Fives steps to nail your thing

  • "I have no idea, well maybe a small idea, but not sure what to do next, I'm stuck!"

    It's a good thing! Yep really it is. Feeling a bit stuck, or like you aren't sure about next steps. It's all good. We start where you are, with your idea small or large, and we reset to create foundations to help your idea grow.

    Where are you? The story so far.

    Let's reset where you are, to create solid foundations for your idea. This is a good check-in to remind yourself why you are doing this, and how you got here. We start to create your story, which will support your message.

  • "I have too many ideas, so many my head hurts. So many I don't move forward with any. What do I do next?"

    Once you open up to possibility you open up to ALL the ideas, and in they pour. It's like the crystal maze, trying to grab one, THE one that you really want to do. We will go deeper to understand where you want your ideas to take you.

    Where do you want to be / need to be?

    We set your goals, objectives and check your expectations are aligned with your idea. We start to play with your Perfect Day goals, and get bold on your vision. Where can you take this idea?

  • "I'm worried I'll make the wrong decision. What if my idea is a terrible idea?"

    Embrace terrible ideas, you will never know whether an idea is terrible or not until you try. We explore your idea, looking at it deeper, thinking about impact, implications, what it means for you. We challenge our definition of success, and failure, and terrible ideas.

    What is the idea?

    We go around the 'Idea Wheel'. You might come up with more ideas, other ideas, or develop the idea that was simmering for a while. You'll get some big Ah ha moments from this session and we'll work on those in more detail in the next two steps.

    It's here you have to commit to your One Thing.

  • "I've got THE idea. I've got the thing. So now it's about next steps to make it happen"

    THE idea. At some point you have to decide on one Thing. And once you have committed it's about a focus on the components around the idea that will bring it alive.

    How will it work (for you /for your customers/clients)

    This is where we do the detail. It's important to create a formula / a format / a story that works for you, and connects to your potential clients and customers. We start to develop your TOAP (Thing On A Page) which will help you to tell your story and get recommended.

  • "I'm all in. I'm ready to take action to get it out there. I want some encouragement and accountability"

    Once you have your Thing it's about intentional work to put all your energy into getting results. You might have to let go of some things. You might have to prioritise. This is about creating momentum to get things done.

    How will you get it out there and get booked?

    It's time to plan your presentation to the world. (We don't mean PowerPoint, this is how you present to the world). How will you get your idea out there? How will you create content? What channels will you use? What support do you need to do this?
