Background

Eleanor Tweddell has 23 years of experience in senior corporate roles including working for Costa Coffee when there were 5 stores, Virgin Atlantic during a recession, Vodafone during a merger. Roles have included heading up internal communications, change, leadership development, future talent and sales. Eleanor has worked on communication and transformational programmes for Channel 4, Trinity Mirror, Exertis and Bristol Water.

etc is now a collective of associates who work on projects and programmes defined by client requirements.

This experience takes you through The Rambling Mind Method of exploring challenges in your business, team or as an individual. You follow 3 steps, unravelling the real issues, exploring solutions and possibility and resetting to get clear on how to move forward. Each experience has a mapping process to work through and templates that you can download and edit to fit your need.

You can experience these as self serve or with live facilitation.

We know how busy it can get. We know you don’t always have time to gather data and insights, and you’d prefer to spend time on thing about the solutions and what to do next. So we offer a service to come and doing the health-check for you.

We offer a full consultancy service to do a health check for your business.

We will work with you to identify your business needs and goals, audit your current practises and gain insights from your employees on what they want and need.

We work to your brief, however typically we would interview leaders and employees, run focus groups, carry out desktop content and channel reviews and create a summary and recommendations presentation. As an example, for a business of around 300 employees this would take around 7 - 10 days.

We offer coaching and creation support where needed to help implement findings so that you can make good progress quickly.
