I founded Another Door when I got made redundant. It wasn’t the best moment of my life but I was curious, and wondered if it was an opportunity.
Over the next few years after losing my job I started two businesses, created a community, experimented, got things wrong, got things right. Another Door has been created from lived experience and designed using research, member insights and behavioural studies. Our work works!
We also work with organisations who are restructuring, making lay offs and going through transformation to support their employees through the change.
